CF flange linear inductor
Introduction
The linear driver is used for the sample linear movement in the vacuum equipment true cavity. The internal dynamic seal adopts the welded bellows structure. The linear drive is smoother, the sealing performance is better, and the position control is more accurate. It can be used in ultra-high vacuum environment.
Technical parameters:
1.There are two kinds of connection flange: cf16 and cf35;
2.The precision can reach 0.1 mm;
3.The driving distance should be made according to the customer's requirements (suggestion: ≤ 150 mm)
