Introduction
The series of valves have two driving modes: manual and pneumatic. They are designed reasonably in structure, beautiful in appearance, and have the advantages of stable operation, small impact vibration, reliable use, good sealing performance and long life. It is one of the first choice valves in vacuum furnace. The valve is powered by hand rotation or compressed air, and the connecting rod mechanism is pushed (pulled) by the transmission rod, and the drive body moves along the axial direction with the drive body. The driving body is connected with the valve plate through the swing rod and drives the valve plate to open and close. The medium of the valve is air and non corrosive gas.
Characteristics
• The swing bar is used to evenly distribute the supporting structure, and the valve opening shock vibration is small and the noise is low;
• Four roller supporting motion mechanism, smooth motion and low motion noise;
• The valve body is welded in stainless steel with small leakage rate;
• The water-cooled structure can be used in the case of large heat.
