Pocket ultra high vacuum gate valve (pneumatic)
Introduction
The valve is pneumatically driven, with reasonable structure design, beautiful appearance, stable action, small volume, reliable use, good sealing performance and long service life. It can be widely used in ultra-high vacuum equipment. The valve uses compressed air to push the cylinder as the power, pushes (pulls) the connecting rod mechanism through the transmission rod, and moves along the axial direction with the driving body. The driving body is connected with the valve plate through the swing rod to complete the opening and closing action of the valve plate. The medium of the valve is air and non corrosive gas.

• The shaft seal is bellows seal without lubricant;
• The valve body is made of stainless steel with good overall rigidity, small volume and beautiful appearance;
• Double guide rail bearing roller mechanism is adopted for smooth movement; The valve plate is of integral structure with uniform supporting force.
