At 9:30 a.m. on September 8, the opening ceremony of the first plenary session of the Third Committee of Beijing Changping District Youth Federation was held in the lecture hall of Sinopec conference building. Chang Yu, Secretary of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, Hou Junshu, Secretary of the Changping District Party committee, and other leaders attended the meeting and made important speeches. The meeting heard and deliberated the work report of the second standing committee of Changping District Youth Federation, and elected members, chairman and vice chairman of the third Standing Committee of Changping District Youth Federation. The 225 members of the Committee witnessed the glorious course of youth work in the whole region and jointly planned the development plan of the cause of the Federation in the future.

During this period, Mr. Chen Lin, general manager of the group, as a member of the Standing Committee of the Current Youth Federation, discussed the work of the Federation together with members of the economic sector group of enterprises, and put forward the following suggestions:
